Cooach Group was born from the need to provide early-stage commercialisation companies with services in finance, corporate administration and HR. Over time, this expertise has been complemented with an investment and collaboration model that enables investors and company builders to meet and turn ideas into reality.

Cooach Group has been established in parallel in the Nordics and Spain since 2018. Originally created as a way to combine the Swedish market with the ability to operate internationally, we now bridge both regions through our multidisciplinary teams, primarily based at our office in Fuengirola, Spain.

Our strength lies in our people and an organisation built on a shared foundation of culture, processes and client focus. With all the opportunities that digital collaboration and AI offer today, we have — in close cooperation with our clients — developed knowledge clusters and processes that support our mission to enable investors and company builders to meet and realise ideas.

Through our operating model we maintain low overhead, enabling cost-effective investments with attractive returns. Through our business model we also take minority stakes in the companies and projects we finance and where we can add value beyond capital.

Business development activities within Cooach Equity can be divided into two main categories:

• Minority holdings in both listed and unlisted companies and projects
• Financing solutions with a focus on debt financing in companies and projects

Companies and projects within Cooach Equity come partly from our own companies and projects within Cooach Group. Partly through the relationships created in our daily work delivering business support services to entrepreneurs and project developers. Partly through the financing structures we create on an ongoing basis with a focus on debt financing for entrepreneurs and project developers.

Through our investment model we create value for our investors who can obtain exposure to high-yield instruments but with lower risk than conventional investment models.
